and another family fav...

Chicken BBQ
6 Cups chicken shredded (cooked)
4 tbsp vinegar ( i use Apple Cider Vinegar)
4 tbsp Brown Sugar ( i usually double)
1/2 c. lemon juice
6 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 C. ketchup
2 tbsp mustard
*cooked onion and celery optional, recommends about 1cup*
Combine all ingredients and heat to 350' for 45 minutes.
or place in Freezer bag (all together) thaw and bake when needed.
* We serve with Hot rolls, Mashed Potatoes, Mac and Cheese (Wes does have to eat) and Peas!
* This will feed 6 adults and 3 kids so you will probably want to freeze some.
