Time Flies.......... when your having summer fun.
Steven has been home for the past month with us. It has been absolutely wonderful. I really feel we have truly gotten closer as a family over the past few weeks. We pride ourselves on being a close family but we always worry we don't have a enough time to devote to Quality time!
We spent a lot of time swimming, going to play in the fountains, we have eaten out a couple times and gone to the library. We have seen movies and played games and just enjoyed each others company. And I have worked on TUESDAYS!
During the last month we have also been dealing with a busted ear drum. Alie-Grace woke up 3 weeks ago (ON A TUESDAY) a came out of her room COVERED in blood. She said "mom will you look at my ear?" I rushed her to the pediatrician and they put her on an anti-biotic drop and an oral anti-biotic. She was doing OK. Then the next week (ON TUESDAY) she woke up with blood all over her face again. We go back and they say to up the drops. So we have been seeing her ENT and he said she needs to have some damage repaired to her ear drum before the hearing loss is permanent. So she is having surgery on TUESDAY the 8th. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers on Tuesday morning. This is the 2nd time her ear drum has ruptured like this.

I'm so sorry to hear that! I will be praying for her and also you and and your husband. My heart hurts for the poor girl!
We (kids included!) will be praying for Alie. Please let us know how she's doing in the next few days.
