He has an eratic heartbeat. It can drive him crazy but is totally NON life threatening. He also has been having some muscular skeletal pain (it can be induced with growth spurts) and causes severe pain and that would naturally raise his heart rate and BP.

Oh and BREYANNAH is offically eligible for adoption. All birth rights have terminated.

As far as Wes, does this mean he won't have to monitored for a month like you previously mentioned?
Will there be any hindrances to Billy and Lisa adopting?
