ok so this week is question week/living room.
questions meaning - what does Christmas mean to your family? what would your ideal holiday season be? I am also using this as the "What do you want for Christmas?"
Living Room- I have spent the last 6 hours scrubbing and dusting and vacuuming everything in here with in an inch of my life. I was sweating and I DON'T DO THAT!
I finished the furniture on the front porch this morning. I am not saying it might not need another lick with the spray can in a couple places. All in all it looks pretty darn good.
I have not painted the front door yet.
I seriously need to find a place to HAUL off some stuff! I mean old shutters and junky entertainment center. Know anywhere?

You can try calling the Salvation Army, but they will only accept things that has limited ware. I had a shelf for them to pick up and they brought out the truck but because it was scratched up, they would not take it. So I had to pay someone $50 to pick up my old furniture before moving into our new home.
Hope everything is going well for ya!
Take care,

Wow, impressive! The holiday grand plan got me inspired to do a very thorough going through of my house, but I'm having to do it as I feel like it :o(
Last Friday was very productive, though. Thoroughly cleaned out my closet and bedroom. It felt soooo good. 9 big bags to the goodwill. Nine! And this coming from someone who doesn't like to have too much stuff!
Wish I felt like painting and working on my porch, it really needs it. If you're going to have more stuff to get rid of, you may want to find an out of the way spot to just stick it, cover it up, and eventually get a trailer to haul it to the dump.
Try freecycle.org. You can find someone to take it and they come to you! I'm unloading stuff all the time!
Holiday plan?! What is this planning ahead stuff?! I'm confused...
