Mrs. Wilson, are you local?
Monday - Kids start back to school. They are late b/c i can't move to fast or i will get dizzy and fall down! Walked them all in and spoke to Wesley's teacher about the fact that it really takes him a few days to settle back in and it might be a bad day. "Just call me and I will come back if you need me " i say and teacher says "We will be fine"
He was fine!
Tuesday - Back to work. Very Long day. Get note from teacher that says he wouldn't work!
Wednesday - I feel a little better and go to grocery. I even get Nash from daycare and take him with me. At 9am the school speech therapist calls and says Wes failed his vision test big time! I pull in the driveway at 11:00 and start unloading groceries. I turn on Thomas for Nash. The phone rings at 11:15 and it is the school secretary saying "Mrs. Wilson are you local?" "Yes, i am" "can you come" she says. be right there. I grab Nash and head for the school. He is kicking and screaming because we left Thomas. I get in the front door at school (with two year old on hip) and his teacher is there in the lobby. She tells me Kelley (the principal) is with him in their classroom and I could go on down she was gonna stay there and wait on the POLICE! I take off for his room which was about 725 miles away best I can tell. I get in the room and Kelley takes Nash and I go to Wes. We talk and he calms down.
What happened? he found a key on the playground. He wanted to keep it. He said whoever it belonged to didn't deserve a key like that because they were irresponsible and lost it!
It escalated to nasty and violent real fast. He tried to run away. The police were called in case they needed to chase him. He was very kind to Wes, yet Stearn enough to make him understand that calling him was no joke.
We go home and my little menace to society spends the next two hours
playing with Wal-Mart sacks.
Thursday - Storms all day? WHO KNEW
Friday- great day, girls went to sleep over and Wes gets to have a friend spend the night for the first time. All is well until I tell him that he can not build a tent at 10:00pm to sleep in.
Saturday - I take the little boy home and He ask if Wes can play a little while. I say sure and run on to old navy. I did tell the mom before i left that i would call before I got back and tell him i was almost there. Well she doesn't answer the phone any of the 6X's i try to call.
So he was SO MAD! He was yelling that he wasn't gonna go with me. He was hulled up in the corner. Then he suddenly has a change of heart and bolts for the door. Where did he go?
STRAIT UP A TREE! not a little tree a huge tree. 15 minutes and 100 threats and I'm calling daddy's later he comes down. He plants his feet in the gravel and I (and my sister) have to drag him to the car! now imagine a cat in the bathtub. That is what it looked like trying to get him in the van. 10 more minutes. He's in! I shut door and he goes strait to the other side of the car and tries to leap out the window. I have NEVER gone anywhere with my kids unbuckled or not in a car seat. Well I did today. he laid in the floor board of the van for about 2.5 miles and then he buckled (after all my spill about how it was very dangerous it was to ride with out seat belt)
The part that scares me most is how strong he is. He is only gonna get stronger.
What a day.
Good news is my hubby says to me "you have had a long day, why don't you go out tonight with some of your friends."

HOLY COW! Keep blogging, Rach. If for no other reason than to get it all out. Blessings and prayers, to you and Wes. Call me sometime, even if the kids just get to look at each other or something it would be good to get together.
Ok, I am tired just reading this. Glad you got a night out.
I agree...keep blogging...it's good to get it out.
