This is a fairly new thing for me to be able to do,
the windows in our 1st home(1930's farm house) were painted shut!
It Is October 1st and it feels amazing! Oh I hope it stays this way!
I love fall. I am always in the best mood of the year during this season. Weird, I know!

This past weekend was very special for me.
I went to Knoxville with my maternal grandmother, my mom and my great aunt.
Sounds fabulous huh?
We stayed at M. E.'s house, my favorite aunt.
Well, I have to admit that it was one of the most special times of my life and I will cherish it always. I learned so much about them.
I learned that in the END
nothing matters except for LOVE.
Not money, not where you live, gifts NOTHING.
LOVE
I can say that my children see love and commitment to family on both sides of their family.
We are kind of like a force of nature. I am so proud that they will never think that Love it optional or caring for your family is optional. I hope it will always be a way of life for them.
I pray that WE can raise healthy, God loving, giving, compassionate children!

Anna's going to get her back looked at on Friday. Did you know my youngest sister and I both had surgery for scoliosis? It's actually quite common among girls (especially), although surgery is rare - we can pray for both our girls :o)
