new foods

New foods may not be this amazing at your house. However, we are the parents of an autistic
9 yr old with extreme oral defensiveness. So you see this is a HUGE deal @ our house!
Paula Deen's Carmalized Beef Tips & Onion Casserole
This is the Finished product! I rarely make this for us. I am sure it has roughly 1,000g of fat and 40,000 cals but if is SO good. It is one of those recipes with a ton of steps. If you enjoy cooking you might find it to be A lot of fun.
Every time I cook these I laugh because it is full of onion and Steven HATES onions. He loves this casserole though. I think it is because they are cooked for so long they are un-recognizable.
Here are the ingredients, minus the beef tips, onion and ummm Heavy Cream.
